Officials confirm COVID-19 outbreak at long-term care facility


OREGON, Mo. - The Holt County Health Department has confirmed a massive increase in COVID-19 cases in the county.

The Health Department confirmed 18 new cases on Monday, bringing the total number of cases in the county, up to 27.

The huge increase is attributed to an outbreak at a long term care facility in the county. The 18 new patients are currently being isolated. No other details about the outbreak have been released by health officials.
